LBB Return Policy
Important Note: Please choose your items carefully and email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If you receive the incorrect item or if your item arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling, which would be a USPS issue) please email us: email@example.com within 12 hours of receiving your items. If the item is damaged, and is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within the 12 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 12 hours of receipt, any incorrect or items with damages to the item will fully be the responsibility of the buyer.
Any defects or issues upon receipt, MUST be reported by email within 12 hours of delivery to: LaBellaBridalAccessories@gmail.com. You may return incorrect, or damaged items (that are not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), that are unused, with the exception of (Un-Returnable Items) in the in list below. All returns must have administrative approval and be reported within the 12 hour requirement, for a replacement, refund, or store credit, minus a re-stocking fee of 20% for all returns. We do not except returns that have not been reported with a valid reason within the required 12 hours. If you received an incorrect, or damaged/defective item, it is required to email a photo of the incorrect or damaged/defective item with in 12 hours of receipt for approval of the return. We will send you an email if your return has been approved or not.
How to complete a return of a wrong or damaged item:
E-mail LaBellaBridalAccessories@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the item. If the customer's return is approved, the customer will be given a Return number, to be included with the return package and will be given the address for the return. All incorrect, or damaged items must be in their original boxes and packaging and be in new, unused condition to complete the return.
Please return wrong or damaged items well-wrapped in a sturdy Box with correct postage (No envelopes) to protect the item, ship by USPS Priority Mail with the included $100 insurance and tracking number. Then email us the tracking number to: LaBellaBridalAccessories@gmail.com. Just as a reminder, please do not return anything in an envelope.
Items must be received by us within 6 days of return approval in new, unaltered and unused condition, in original packaging.
Refund will be issued contingent upon inspection of item, once we receive it. If item is soiled or damaged from use, it will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense and no credit will be given.
Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, except for returned items that were incorrect or damaged that will be replaced. Any product that is returned has to be unused. If item has been used, we will not accept the return.
We will pay the return shipping costs, with no restocking fee, only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, or damaged/ defective item, etc. Item must be in its new original condition in its entirety, we do not accept partial or used returns.
After 12 hours of receipt, La Bella Bridal Accessories can not accept claims for incorrect, or damaged/ defective items.
Changes to Order:
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Therefore, no changes or cancellations can be made to your order once it is placed. Please choose your items carefully and email us with any questions prior to making a purchase. However, you can email us to check if the process has started, however in most cases we start the process right away.
