Planning Early is Great!
Plan ahead to complete all projects before the wedding. The earlier the better. If you start early, the more quality time you will have to get it done. This way you can search for better options and make the best decisions. It's also a way to make things run much better on your big day. Then any important last minute items get accomplished. Which can get done by the last week before your wedding day.
Review music list with DJ
Music will be without a doubt a necessary part of your wedding. It sets the atmosphere and mood for the occasion. Especially for the Bride & Groom’s first dance and father-daughter dance. It also sets the ambiance with the background music during the cocktail hour. But, then comes the Party! With those funky beats to get the move on and your guests on the dance floor. Be sure to make a list of your chosen music selection and give it to your DJ. Also a copy on a CD at least one week before the wedding. Make a back up on a flash drive and give it to the Best Man to bring as a backup. Meet with the Band or D.J and let them know your ideas and expectations.
Creating seating for your guests
At times when you have more than 100 guests, it may be a bit daunting to create a good seating plan. This ensures that all your guests are comfortable. These days there are an array of great sources of information and help available. Which will help you make an excellent seating plan. You can also ask your wedding planner or married friends if they have hired any before. Here's a site we like as well: TopTablePlanner.
